Starting her career in publishing, Lucy has brought marketing and branding skills to the business and is currently responsible for product sales. Lucy is a 4th generation member of the family owned business and whenever spare time allows, she indulges her passion for the arts.

Nick joined the Company as an apprentice draughtsman in 1979 and brings a huge wealth of knowledge and know-how to his role as Engineering Director. Nick has designed lifting solutions and systems for most industry sectors. In 1996 he designed and developed the first version of our LEMS equipment management software which has been successfully adopted and valued by many clients since. He is our resident “techie” but when he is not working on designs or negotiating contracts, you’ll find him behind the wheel of his rag top Toyota.

Chris started his career in the insurance industry before joining the company in 1975. He particularly enjoys the challenges of identifying and developing new business opportunities. A highly experienced manager, Chris’s team deliver our services to the marine industry across the globe. He is a keen family man and has a held a lifelong passion for the beautiful game.

Sandra joined the company in 1991 and has a particular interest in systems development and
integrated management programmes. Combining product sales experience with her quality
management role, Sandra brings wide experience to the Board. Sandra is a keen runner and
participates in open water swimming all year round.

Time served engineering apprentice, Neil joined the company as a lifting equipment engineer in
1995 and following a spell in the rail industry, Neil re-joined as a field services manager. Neil uses his
knowledge and practical experience when both mentoring staff and advising clients. When not at
work Neil’s interests include cycling, walking, football and motorsport.
